In this clas, you'll learn how to get the most out of your running experience,

Are you looking for a fun and enjoyable way to exercise and take care of your health?
Dr. Haley Lauckern has extensive training in the latest chiropractic, ergonomic
and soft tissue techniques. This class will get your heart rate up, strengthen and tone your core muscles and can be
adapted for use in your own living room. Appropriate for any level of fitness. Balls will be provided. Wear
loose, comfortable clothing. Session is free, but please pre-register.
