Celebrating Lifelong Learning
Friday, July 25, 2025
On July 25, 2025, Dr. Shaye was honored to attend the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at William & Mary’s instructor appreciation event. This special gathering celebrated the incredible contributions of Osher’s 182 volunteer instructors—Dr. Shaye included—who generously shared their time and knowledge by teaching 759 enriching courses over the past year.
It was a thoughtful way to recognize a community of dedicated instructors who share their time and knowledge to keep learning engaging and accessible for adults, mostly those aged 50 and better.
